Can I take several treatment courses at the same time?
It is possible to take 2 different Novexpert dietary supplements at the same time, for example STRONG HAIR & CLEAR SKIN. In this case, take 1 capsule per day of each supplement, for a total of 2 capsules per day. Why? Because depending on your diet and how rich it is in nutrients, we want to make sure you don’t exceed the recommended daily doses. 2 is good, 3 is too much! We recommend that you do not take more than two Novexpert dietary supplements at the same time. You have all year to alternate between them and enjoy their benefits.
Are your products compatible with dietary supplements from other brands?
It depends on the supplement’s ingredients. To give you an accurate answer, we need to consider interactions, nutrient absorption, maximum daily nutrient doses, and so on. That’s why we recommend speaking with your doctor before combining supplements from different brands.
What time of day should I take my treatment?
Ideally, our dietary supplements should be taken with meals and a large glass of water.
What is the best way to store my dietary supplements?
- In a dry place, as moisture can destroy some active ingredients. - Away from light and heat (max. 25°C if possible). Excessive heat or direct light could destabilize some nutrients or reduce their effectiveness. Places to avoid: the bathroom and next to your stovetop (steam). Places to choose: the dining room (away from light), the kitchen, or the bedroom. You can leave your dietary supplements in the supplied doypack or transfer them to a clean, opaque container if possible.
I forgot to take my capsules. Should I double the dose the next day?
Don’t worry, one (occasional) missed dose won’t affect the effectiveness of our dietary supplements. If you forget a dose, simply continue your regimen as usual without taking a double dose the next day. To prevent it from becoming a regular occurrence, feel free to set a reminder on your phone or computer.
Can the capsules be opened and emptied?
Ideally, you should not open the capsules, as they are designed to protect the nutrients as much as possible and deliver them to the right place in your body. This means they will be most effective when taken directly. If you are unable to swallow the capsules, however, there are several options: - Swallow them with a piece of bread or another food. Some people find this easier than taking them with water. - Open them and mix the contents into water, yogurt, applesauce, etc. However, the mixture may not be completely uniform, as our dietary supplements are not formulated for this.
Can dietary supplements be taken year-round, continuously?
We recommend courses of at least 2 months (for skin) and at least 3 months (for hair), ideally followed by a month of maintenance, taking 1 capsule per day instead of two. You can repeat these courses 2 to 3 times a year, depending on your needs. The goal of a dietary supplement course is to help your body absorb the right nutrients so it can function normally and address a specific concern. For long-term results, it should be accompanied by a few changes to your daily routine (nutrition, lifestyle, etc.). Are your products 100% natural?
To ensure effectiveness against targeted issues, our dietary supplements contain a trio of active ingredients: vitamins, trace elements, and plant extracts. However, there are very few natural vitamins used in dietary supplements (only vitamins C, D, and E). Also, if you want to use natural vitamin C, from acerola, for example, you would need around 500 mg to meet 100% of your daily requirements, leaving no room for the other active ingredients. So not all our vitamins are natural, but they have the same structure as those our bodies produce and/or use. They are also highly bioavailable, pure, and stable—three essential criteria for effectiveness.
Are your products made in France and developed by your team?
All our dietary supplements are conceived, formulated, manufactured and packaged in France, including the packaging. Why look elsewhere when everything is close at hand? For more than 3 years now, Laboratoires Novexpert has had a research center dedicated to dietary supplements, bringing together its in-house team of doctors of pharmacy, biology and nutrition and quality engineering, as well as our partner doctors, dermatologists and microbiologists based throughout France. In particular, we worked with M. Alain Geloen, Research Director in biology, as part of our patent.
Are your capsules made with gelatin?
We chose a 3rd-generation HPMC capsule—in simple terms, the latest version of a 100% plant-based capsule to hit the market. It has many advantages: - It is 100% plant-based and made from plant cellulose, so it contains no gelatin. - It is the only capsule that can be certified organic and vegan. - Its manufacturing process uses water but no other processing aids. - It offers the highest protection against moisture (protecting the active ingredients).
Do your dietary supplements contain titanium dioxide?
NO, none of our dietary supplements contain titanium dioxide. This is possible thanks to the high standards of our R&D team, which has established a blacklist of over 600 ingredients to exclude any molecule that may pose a risk to vulnerable people or those following specific diets from our current and future dietary supplements. Titanium dioxide is on this blacklist, along with all controversial additives.

Do your products contain allergens?
We have excluded the listed allergens (eggs, fish, sulfites, tree nuts, etc.). However, if in doubt, or if you have multiple or specific allergies, we recommend consulting your doctor before taking any dietary supplements.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Are your products safe to use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
100% of our dietary supplements have no contraindications for pregnant or breastfeeding women under French regulations. HOWEVER, as an ethical company, Laboratoires Novexpert prefers, as a precaution, to recommend that pregnant and breastfeeding women not take dietary supplements without consulting a healthcare professional.
Are your products compatible with medical treatments?
Under French regulations, our dietary supplements can be taken alongside medical treatment, with the exception of Peau Apaisée, which is not recommended for people taking anticoagulants (particularly because it contains vitamin K), as stated on the packaging. However, if you have any questions about a specific medical treatment, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before taking dietary supplements.
Are your products suitable for children?
Novexpert dietary supplements, like most on the market, are intended for adults. Nutrient requirements (vitamins and trace elements) vary depending on age and stage of life. Our dietary supplements are formulated to meet the daily needs of adults (> 18 years old).

On average, our customers start taking “PLUMP SKIN” supplements shortly before turning 35.
